		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more with your last statement. I used to write 7 blogs a day when I was trying to &#039;be the expert&#039; in my career field that I am going into. Then I realized that I&#039;m spending so much time writing and reading that I&#039;m not actually getting the experience I need to &#039;be the expert&#039;.
