I'm much happier using a laptop as I game a lot less than I used to and I love the portability. I have an external monitor and use both displays (highly recommended) and a beefy set of external speakers. My biggest annoyance is the lack of a dock and the locations of certain connections.</description>

I looked up the toughbook (I had never heard of it before).  And  I really do not think it is worth the price.  If you get it you are spending the extra money for the "toughness" and not for the hardware.

Now if you knew you were going to the rainforest to do some field research, it appears to be the product you would want to buy.</description>
